Recovery is about maturing and becoming what we are capable of being.    t’s gaining and removing items that help or prevent  us from maturing.     Some things are large some are small.    It can include: addictions/ habitual habits,  relationship patterns,   finances,  and or just being stuck.    We are Bio, Psycho, S ocial and Spiritual beings.    To change we need a new idea of how to function, think and act.
